MSO and an award-winning Jackson-based quartet launch an exciting new collaboration, amplifying the riches of soul, gospel Motown and R&B with orchestral oomph. Temptations-like steps, old-school harmonies, ‘60s gold and ‘70s savvy put JackTown Sons on a fast and flashy track to deliver throwback faves like you’ve never heard them before!

JackTown Sons, band & singers
JackTown Sons Formerly known as Compozitionz, the JackTown Sons band and singers earned their performing chops playing with music icons Michael Bolton, Grace Bumbry, Cassandra Wilson, Peabo Bryson, Ronald Isley, and an array of artists across Europe. Fusing rhythm and blues, gospel, jazz and classical music with infectious energy, choreography, and the sound of their Mississippi roots, the group has redefined tribute band with songs like “I Heard It Through the Grapevine,” “Can’t Get Next to You,” “Land of 1000 Dances,” and “Tracks of My Tears.”
