Movie music of our lives
John Williams’ sweeping breadth of music has become the soundtrack of our moviegoing lives. Going far beyond his Star Wars universe, MSO spins a golden evening of sci-fi, fantasy, and movie themes — E.T., Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark and more — that activate imaginations and invite cosplay fun.

Vince Massimino, violin
Vince Massimino Interim MSO Concertmaster Vince Massimino is a native of Annapolis, Maryland, where he studied violin privately and achieved such honors as solo appearances with the Annapolis and Baltimore Symphonies. He earned a Bachelor of Music from North Texas State and studied at the University of Maryland. Vince performs with orchestras and opera companies across the Southeast.
Jackson State University Concert Choral
Jackson State University Concert Chorale The award-winning Jackson State University Concert Chorale returns to perform with MSO under the direction of Dr. Harry Cecil. Through the years, the award-winning choir has been featured at music conventions, civil rights conferences and churches across the U.S. and Europe.
