An evening devoted to love and the-music-you-love hits all the right romantic notes in a prelude to Valentine’s weekend. Highlights include swoon-worthy movie music from Titanic, The Mission, and Somewhere in Time; love songs of the Beatles; love themes of the 007 franchise; plus guest pianist Scott Cuellar performing Gershwin’s stellar Rhapsody in Blue and Mozart’s unforgettable “Elvira Madigan Concerto.”
Scott Cuellar Lauded for illuminating music’s emotional core, Cuellar’s talents have taken him to prestigious global venues, New York to Vienna to China, and solo appearances with orchestras across America. Cuellar has taken top prizes at the San Antonio, Virginia Waring and New Orleans international piano competitions. A passionate professor as well as skilled performer, he teaches at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.

Limited, free street parking is available at Thalia Mara Hall and its surrounding streets.
Accessible parking is available on West Street.
Paid parking is available at City Centre Garage located across Pascagoula Street on the north side of Thalia Mara Hall. All four surrounding streets allow garage entrance. The parking is about $10 a vehicle.
