Mrs. Christine Cosnahan is a National Board Certified Music Teacher with a B.S. in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  She spent 1980-1990 teaching music at the Anglican School of Jerusalem, Israel.  Also, duing that period of time she conducted a Jerusalem city-wide choir and an orphanage choir in Bethlehem.   She studied violin at the Rubin Academy in Jerusalem and played in the Feast of Tabernacles Orchestra.  The next 20 years were spent teaching Middle School Orchestra and Chorus in Miami-Dade Public Schools.  She conducted the middle division of the South Florida Youth Symphony and was an active musician in the Miami Symphony.  Upon moving to Jackson, Mississippi in 2010, she taught general music at Obama Magnet School for 5 years.  Since then, she has been teaching Instrumental Music, Music History and Music Literature at Wells APAC.
